Hair doesn't need to be fully clean prior to getting color services, but it needs to be product free. 

WHAT ABOUT DETANGLING?

Any other service prior to shampooing, we appreciate you coming in with hair pre-detangled. Unable to do so? We got you! Be sure to book a detangling service first.

A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At B.Fazur Salon & Head Spa, you are a valued patron; therefore ensuring that you have a lovely experience is priority. Understanding the importance of your time, all appointments are reserved specially for you but please do not hesitate to reach out if you need to reschedule. I am happy to accommodate schedule adjustments thus I have implemented the following policies below. Please review to make sure that you’re informed when booking. 

With respect to all parties, if you need to make a change or cancel, I ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment by calling or texting. Please keep in mind, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving adequate notice, there is a missed opportunity to fill the time slot with an available client. 

We kindly ask that all appointment changes be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time. 

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment cost. 

  • All guests whom “no call / no show” to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.

LATE POLICY

Things happen, but please call or text if you are running late. With the remaining time allotted for your appointment, as much will be done as possible to complete your service. If we are running behind, we will try to extend the same courtesy.
